I have been creating these transcripts from the few available episodes of fanny cradocks cookery show recordings. I collated the scripts of the "cooking for christmas" episodes and converted them to plaintext format to be fed into the predictive text tool "Botnik" which i have used previously for a project on Chinese Takeaway names ( https://www.instagram.com/p/B3O8iW2BDRV/ ) The Ai selection tool produced the following amalgamation of Fanny's dialog:
Apart from some cycles of repetition that the tool gets into, i am pleased with the "uncanny" outcome in some areas. It is especially pleasing when, having watched the original episodes, I was able to recognise specific speech patterns and lines from certain episodes. This distorted familiarity of voice (especially one that is artificially generated) is again "haunting".
